Human rights activist Muhammad Tarskin who is a political refugee residing in France since 2007, sent a letter to the edition of Kavkaz Center in which he reports about the persecution of his relatives and acquaintances remaining in Russia by Russian terrorist organization of "Russian FSB" (Federal Security Service of Russia).

The «Russian FSB» gang interrogated at least four persons from a number of his acquaintances in Krasnoyarsk city in 2009. Ruffians interrogated them about his "involvement in terrorism", "help to the Chechen partisans", about his "spy activity for the Latvia" because of his former contacts with public relations officer of embassy of Latvia in Moscow.

The security officers questioned mother of the fugitive human rights activist Irina Wagner whether she listens to the hostile anti-Russian "voices" on the radio, the "Freedom" broadcasting station in particular.

The security officers conducted a hours-long interrogations of his former lawyer in Krasnoyarsk Irina Shepina, telling her that Muhammad Tarskin is involved in subversive anti-Russian activity in France, aimed to "overthrow the constitutional regime", without explaining why exactly is that bad in case if he is actually involved in such activities.

Being terrorized by security officers the lawyer who was recently fired by the same people from the position of "judge" of the "Railway District Court of Krasnoyarsk" asked the refugee not to call her anymore.

Muhammad Tarskin warns other Russian political refugees in his letter to Kavkaz Center, that they shouldn't come to this country before the Chekist (KGB/FSB) authority wouldn't be overthrown, since it became dangerous to visit this country.

The FBI arrest last week of 10 alleged Russian spies has produced a shrug of the shoulders on both sides of the Atlantic. On Wednesday, a senior Russian government official told the state-run Interfax news agency that the incident “will not negatively affect Russian-U.S. relations.”

Such soothing tones have been echoed in Washington, where The New York Times reported that the White House “expressed no indignation that its putative partner was spying on it.”
