The Grozny branch of Human Rights
Center “Memorial” reported that Russian occupant forces and their local
collaborators kidnapped eight civilians in Chechnya.
According to a publication from Chechenews.com,
local inhabitants have reported military action in the mountains of the
Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. Since September 22, a huge Kadyrovite
“army”, supported by the Russian occupier air force and artillery, is
trying to neutralize the activity of the Chechen mujahedeen in the
Shatoi and Vedeno districts of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. But the
Chechen mujahedeen groups who belong to the Armed Forces of Chechen
Republic of Ichkeria, under the management of Chechen field commanders
Aslanbek Vadalov, Tarkhan Gaziyev, Khusein Gakayev, Zaurbek Avdorhanov
and other unit commanders, continue the resistance. On the other hand,
eyewitnesses confirmed that dozens of injured accomplices of the Russian
occupiers have been brought to the hospitals in Vedeno and Shali, and
the corpses of Russian bandits were taken to an unknown destination by
military helicopters.
While heavy fighting goes on in the
mountains of Ichkeria, the occupant soldiers and their puppets,
Kadyrov’s mobsters, are harassing the innocent Chechen civilians.
On September 24, at around 5am, over 100
Kadyrovites in 20 cars broke up into several groups and drove into the
Davydenko village of Achkoi-Martan district in Chechnya. Almost
simultaneously five villagers were kidnapped. The villager’s names are:
Rasul Madaev, Isa Khabaev, his brother Musa Khabaev, Rakhman Maltsagov
and Makhmud Salikhov, who has been disabled since childhood.
According to reports from Memorial,
Kadyrov’s bandits carried out the same scenario everywhere in the
village. They would break into a house without asking permission, take a
man and then promise the relatives that they would release him after
checking their documents and asking a few questions.
Another Davydenko villager, Aslan
Khabaev, was taken from his house after dinner time. A second
handicapped man, Abdulla Maltsagov, was kidnapped in Grozny while he was
going to visit his mother.
Adam Yusupov, another resident of
Davydenko village, disappeared on September 23. He had left from his
house to go Grozny. The last time he was seen was by his neighbor on the
“Kavkaz” highway near the exit for Achkoi-Martan. On the next day at
around 7 am, the house of Adam Yusupov, where he lives with his uncle
and grandfather, was raided by ten armed men, dressed in military
camouflage. They started to ask questions about Adam’s father, who was a
Chechen mujahedeen and shaheed (Insha’Allah), during the Komsomolskaya
battle in 2000. When the Kadyrovites finally left, the administrator of
the village said that Adam was kidnapped with other residents.
On the same day in the evening, Rasul
Madaev, Musa Khabaev, Makhmud Salikhov and Rakhman Maltsagov were
released. A few hours later Abdulla Maltsagov and Aslan Khabaev were
also released.
Isa Khabaev and Adam Yusupov were kept
in the puppet’s detention center in Achkoi-Martan. Isa’s sister managed
to visit her brother and according to her testimony, Isa was in terrible
condition with signs of torture on his body.
On September 25, Kadyrovites came back
to the village and kidnapped Rasul Madaev, Abdulla Maltsagov and Makhmud
Salikhov. Abdulla was at home and immediately was taken away. Rasul was
not at home so the Kadyrovites took Rasul’s brother hostage and said
that if Rasul did not come home, they would kill his brother. When he
heard this, Rasul came back and was taken away. Makhmud was also not at
home so using the loudspeaker from the village mosque, the Kadyrovites
called on him to surrender. He did not appear at the moment, but later,
in fear that bad things would happen to his family, Makhmud surrendered
to the puppet forces.
Since then, Adam Yusupov, Isa Khabaev,
Rasul Madaev, Abdulla Maltsagov and Makhmud Salikhov are in the
Achkoi-Martan detention center.
Around the same time, a resident of the
Dzhalka village of the Gudermes district of Chechnya was kidnapped due
to claims that he was associated with extremists. According to the
puppet regime, the 33 year old man was giving out religious books that
contained extremist literature. The fate of this hostage is not known.
On September 27, a native of the
Naurskaya district and a resident of the Katayama village were kidnapped
by collaborators of the Russian occupants. According to the
information, a 47-year old man from the Naurskaya district was taken
hostage based on the claim that he was a former mujahidin. A 20-year old
resident from the Katayama village was abducted in the
Staropromyslovsky district of Grozny. He was accused of providing food
and aid to the Chechen mujahedeen since last fall. The fate of these
hostages is also not known.
Brother of Chechen Singer Taken Hostage

The Ichkeria.info website has received news
that the famous Chechen singer, Arbi Curaev’s brother has been
kidnapped by gangsters of the Russian occupying forces in Chechnya.
According to the news, on September
12, a Russian soldier took Said-Arbi Nazhaevich Curaev, who was born in
1962, from his house at 25 Orekhova Street in the city of Achkoi-Martan,
Chechnya.
His relatives said that Said-Arbi was
tortured and forced to sign a confession stating that he has been aiding
and abetting the Chechen mujahedeen.
Said-Arbi is a peaceful resident. He has
been living with his father and daughter, and has never had a weapon.
All of the accusations against him are fabricated.
A Chechen Girl has been Taken Hostage

Gangsters from the puppet regime in Chechnya have abducted a young girl.
Local residents stated that on
September 30, Kadyrovites took the 17-year old native of Grozny hostage.
The puppets claim that the girl is an aid to a Chechen mujahedeen
group who are operating in the Sunzha district of Chechnya.
According to the fabricated claims, on
August 14th the girl went to the mountains to cook and help with other
chores, but did not participate in any armed activity. She stayed with
the Chechen mujahedeen for a period of time and finally, on September
28, went home. Upon arriving home she began to ask her husband to join
the mujahedeen.
