According to local sources, a resident was killed and another one was abducted by Kadyrovites in Russian occupied Chechnya.
On December 18th, armed bandits from the puppet regime in Chechnya stopped a car at 3:00pm on the outskirts of the village of Assinovskaya in the Sunzha region. The Kadyrovites asked for the driver’s documents as well as the papers for his “Lada” car. A fight broke out between the driver and the Kadyrovites for unknown reasons. One of the Kadyrovites immediately shot the driver, who died on the spot. On December 19th, members from the puppet Kadyrov’s armed gang conducted a punishment operation in the village of Sernevodsk in the Sunzha district of Chechnya. The Kadyrovites abducted a 24-year old man during the operation. The whereabouts and fate of the hostage are unknown, however, it was learned that the young man was accused of providing food and aid to a group of Chechen mujahedeen during the summer of 2010. Stavropol Resident Kidnapped
According to local sources, a resident of Stavropol was abducted during a joint operation by gang members from puppet regime in Chechnya and the Russian FSB.
The punishment operation in Stavropol, a neighboring republic of Chechnya, was carried out by Kadyrovites from the Shatoi district and members of the Russian FSB. As a result, a 35-year old man has been abducted and accused of involvement with mujahedeen groups in 2000. The groups operate in Chechnya against the Russian invaders. The puppet sources claim that the hostage was a member of the Nogai Battalion which was under the control of the famous Chechen field commander, Shamil Basayev. It has been learned that the hostage has already been transferred to Chechnya, but as of now his fate and whereabouts are unknown. Tortured After Being Wanted
On December 23, 2010, a resident of the town of Malgobek in the Republic of Ingushetia, Lyubov Khusenovna Tankiyeva applied with a written statement to the office of Human Rights Center “Memorial” in Nazran about her son’s situation.
According to Tankiyeva, she received word from her relatives that her son Tamerlan Aliyevich Tankiyev, born in 1985, was wanted for his involvement in crimes committed in Ingushetia. His photo in posted in the section, “People wanted on suspicion of committing crimes” on the official web-site of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Ingushetia. On November 13, 2008 Tamerlan Tankiyev, Tsokievs brothers and Ibragim Aushev were detained by officers from the local power structure and taken to the police department in the Malgobek district. The detained men were tortured during the questioning in the MIA building. These events drew a wide response in the republic, and after the president of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov intervened, all the detainees were released. A criminal case against Tankiev was not opened. On November 18, 2009, an investigative department from the town of Malgobek and the investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Ingushetia opened a criminal case as stipulated by point “a” part 3 Article 286 (abuse of authority with the use of violence) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, regarding two unidentified officers of law enforcement that had beaten the detained up in working spaces of the police department of the Malgobek district (these police officers have not been identified so far). After his release, Tankiyev received treatment in the hospital for a few days. On the day of Tankiev’s release, November 19, unknown people set his house on fire. In the Spring of 2010, Tamerlan Tankiyev left Russia as his relatives insisted (they were afraid of the re-detention of Tamerlan). He had not returned home since then. He talks to his family by phone. It was a big surprise for Tamerlan’s mother that he was wanted. She asks in the application to help defend her son’s rights. She believes that he is suspected of committing crimes without grounds. In the beginning of December of 2010, another resident from the town of Malgobek, Abukar Tsizdoyev applied to the “Memorial” with the same complaint. His nephew, Usman Tsizdoyev and brother, Idris Tsizdoyev (abducted by unknown local police officers in May 2009) were wanted. After Abukar had applied to MIA in Ingushetia, Usman was taken off the wanted list but Idris’ photo is still on the MIA website in the “People wanted on suspicion of committing crimes” section.
