A Toronto Star correspondent, Mitch Potter, reported from the Russian-occupied Emirate's city of Sochi about the situation with "Olympic Games", which Russian invaders terrorists intend to carry out there. He told how the Russians destroyed the ecology in the Sochi area and described terrible living and working conditions of Russian construction workers, which could be compared with the GULAG. Mitch Potter continues:
"Few doubt that in the end, with the full resources of the government at his disposal and little tolerance for dissent, Putin will see the project through. Though this week's Moscow bombings awakened new concerns, an immense security effort around Sochi was assured long ago.
"Sochi will be a target of (rebel attacks), directly or indirectly, and it will also see a huge Russian operation to prevent any disturbance", a senior Western security analyst based in the North Caucasus told the Canadian newspaper.
"The chances are very good that Russia will keep the Games themselves secure. But the advantage for the guerrillas is they don't have to actually attack Sochi. They can attack somewhere else to inject a sense of insecurity ... to take the headlines away from the Games. Either way, it is just going to make a difficult job that much harder", Canadian newspaper wrote.
