Security conditions in Russia are still very low.  Caucasus region of Russia  is the most dangerous part of the country. Despite government’s assurance, the  state of emergency  from insurgents  is still  high. Russian security forces have proved that they can act  cruelly, but this does not ensure the  security.

Organized and common crime is still major threat for public  and individual safety.

We assess, that despite Kremlin efforts (which permits breaking HR)  the security level during OG will be still  low.
